About me
I'm Matt — a builder who enjoys turning messy problems into clean, efficient systems. I focus on utility design workflows, QC automation, and process improvement—while building my own products. My background is in coordinating complex technical projects, but what really drives me is finding smarter ways to get things done. I spend a lot of time designing automations, connecting tools, and building practical solutions that remove bottlenecks and save time. If there's a repetitive process somewhere, I'm usually already figuring out how to automate it.
Outside of the tech world, my life revolves around my family. My beautiful wife Megan and I have five kids who keep life busy, loud, and fun. We also run a dog breeding business together, which adds its own level of chaos and joy to the mix. Between family, projects, and running our dog breeding business together, there's rarely a dull moment.
At the end of the day, I enjoy building things that work—whether that's systems, businesses, or ideas that turn into something real.

Multi-tenant SaaS with Stripe subscriptions; 16 species supported.
Full-stack micro-SaaS for professional breeders (dog + 15 other species). One system instead of spreadsheets: animals, breeding, litters, CRM, health, finances, tasks, contracts, and auto-generated litter/kennel marketing sites. React (Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui) + Express API + Drizzle/PostgreSQL; Supabase Auth; Stripe tiers (Free → Premium) with plan-based feature gating. Data: dashboard KPIs, financial P&L reports, COI analytics, custom report builder. Process: reservations→placements, heat→breeding→litter→offspring; tasks/reminders, SOP templates, audit logs.
